To celebrate the Year of the Dog, Mandarin Orchard Singapore will present a wide array of prosperous Chinese New Year delicacies and festive goodies next month.
Kicking off the celebrations will be a fine gastronomic experience at the highest Michelin-rated Chinese restaurant in Singapore — Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro.
Choose from a range of seven auspiciously themed set menus — from the eight-course Prosperity menu to the Splendour menu that features Braised Four-head Australian Abalone with Sea Cucumber, among its courses.
Other must-try highlights on this year’s festive menus include Pan-fried Boston Lobster with Lemon Cream Sauce, and Foie Gras Chawanmushi and Crab Roe Soup topped with Superior Bird’s Nest.
